To engage in cross cultural community building to encourage climate action and activism within our diverse migrant communities.
Getting off Gas Stoves
Asian cooking traditionally uses gas stoves, but these are costly and harmful to health and the environment.
Today’s induction cooktops are healthier, eco-friendly, and capable of authentic cooking. Switching to electric cooking preserves our culinary traditions and safeguards our children’s future.
For the sake of our health, our children and grandchildren and even our economic well-being, we must make protecting the planet our top priority.

Acknowledgement of Country
Asian Australians for Climate Solutions members meet and work around Australia. We would like to acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Owners of these lands, and we recognise that sovereignty of those lands was never ceded.
